Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Condition
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and face masks due to health and hygiene reasons.

Return Approval
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects, damage, or received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and make it right, with no extra cost to you.
Exceptions and Special Cases
Misprints or Defects
Any claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If an error is deemed to be on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
